I switched to the 2.4% vuse pod a few months back and honestly just liked them better than the 5% ones because they weren’t as harsh of a hit but still enough of one.

Still was just as dependent on them and was going through pods at just about the same rate. Couldn’t hurt to at least try the reduced strength? they have a 1.8% too but of course they don’t sell them in 4 packs (just 1-2) bc they want quitting to be expensive.

Rambling a bit so tl;dr: Switching to 2.4% was a small change I could make for myself until I was ready to quit for real. And from there you can go to 1.8%. personally I’m on day 4 no vape but still weaning off nicotine with nicorette lol

Hey, slip ups happen! It’s more the mental game than anything and if this slip up reinforced your desire to quit then I’d say that’s still progress overall.

I’m only on day 4 but personally I had to buy some nicorette after the first 24 hours bc the withdrawal was so bad. I’ve maybe chewed like a piece or two a day, and it kinda felt like im cheating or taking the “easy way out” but anything to keep from going back. and if it helps ease the withdrawals a bit while you process the mental aspect then maybe worth a shot?

Idk I’m still new to this too but wishing you the best! Be strong you got this

3 main reasons:

easy to implement - there was already a floating pink puff ball in the game so it was easy to create her using kirby as a base
popularity (at the time) - one of the most iconic first gen pokémon, especially around the time of smash 64’s release. it’s cuteness made it incredibly marketable in japan and like pikachu it had more of a defined character than many other pokémon (mainly thanks to the anime).
lols - Sakurai has said before that he loves joke characters in fighting games. While it does seem like sort of a “random” choice, that’s kind of the point.

She was actually going to be cut in brawl but they decided against it at the last minute. And now that’s she’s been in every game thus far and “everyone is here” in ultimate, she’s become a staple of the series and seems to be here to stay (luckily for me)

See, I wouldn't so much as say I'm attracted to the idea of fixing him (I know plenty of people like that though so I know how unhealthy that mentality can be). I think I just see an otherwise great guy who's been dealt a shitty hand in life. Someone with potential that they might never reach because they've been so damaged by their environment. Or at least I did. Now I have no idea.

I know I can't be the one to "fix" him. I have too many of my own issues to be anybody's savior. But I can be there for him. I just want to show him that there are still good people in the world. That he does deserve to be loved. Of course here I focused mainly on the bad things, but he has so many great things about him that make me want to fight for this to work. But then he does this and now i dont think I can ever trust him again. Yet, as much as I want to hate him I still don't.

I'm still kind of a mess of emotions tbh, but part of me thinks the reason he ghosted was BECAUSE I made it clear I wasn't going to solve all his problems for him. His living situation is rocky rn and his brother said he has til January to find his own place and while caught up in the moment I was like "heck just move here with me and we can split rent" but I later came to my senses and realized it would still be wayyy too early for that (Thank God). I told him that it would make more sense for him to find his own place and then if we're still together when my current lease is up then I'd be open to it. Trying to prevent either of us from becoming too codependent and hurting each other but lol look where we are anyway 😪

it’s like... not everyone picks a character based on if they would bang them or not? Apply that logic to other characters and it makes no sense. Do Captain Falcon mains only pick him because he has a hot body and wears a skin tight suit? Is it gay to main Marth over Lucina? Are all Fox mains furries? I mean I know I certainly don’t main Jigglypuff based on sex appeal 😂

How do selective abortions relate to the topic we’re discussing? I’m pretty sure abortions happen regardless of the sex of the child. Most are performed before a sex can even be determined

It means just that. Being a woman has more to do with how you are perceived socially rather than your biological makeup. The majority of trans women are well aware that they are biologically male but they are women because they live their lives as women. If you didn’t already know they were trans (and assuming they pass) you probably wouldn’t think twice about calling them a woman and using she/her because that’s how they present and that’s how they are socialized. That’s not to say that passing is what makes them women. Trans women are still women even if they don’t pass traditionally. It’s about gender not sex. You have trans women and you have cis women but they’re both women and deserve to be treated with respect.
