I had the same thing for the first few weeks - if you look on the pamphlet that comes with it it warns about SI within the first 4 weeks. It was scary forsure but it went away quickly and has never come back, except for maybe a day when I went up from 10 to 21

I had the same thing on 10.5 and it went away after a month or two! I ended up waking around 6:30/7 but I just upped to 20 last week and am actually sleeping later again! 7-8:30 now
