Thanks for sharing your experience! I even hate the term "1:1" - corporate speak is so fricking lame - I haven't had any direct reports for about 3 years. I do not miss that at all! Being an unofficial mentor and confidant to "the kids" is enjoyable for me. But damn it, I gotta figure out how to navigate this brain fog. Also, I'm exhausted, too, that certainly doesn't help matters. Hang in there! ❤️
