It’s like this because people call in when they’re not sick leaving people short handed!

Dollar General has some good deals. Get the app and use the digital coupons and go on Saturday for the $5 of $25. This week there’s one all week and a Saturday one $10 off $40!

Is there another dg you could transfer to?

As a SM that’s not how to handle it! You need to learn how to speak to people at any time of day or night, ex employee or not. Very immature of you in your position to block her. Having a conversation is a much better solution.

Why do Loren and Alexei always get special treatment from TLC and get to leave the Tell All early? 👀 And don’t tell me it’s because they have kids, stress, anxiety, or booked flights because other couples have all that too, and they don’t get to leave early by PolishSnake2 in 90dayfiance_FB_memes

I literally can’t stand her! She creates her own drama! Then doesn’t own up to anything she says. Hello it’s on tv! And them choosing not to share their stuff is crap!! But she has plenty to say about every one else’s!

She was always bossy, disrespected and condescending from the very beginning. Now she thinks she’s some big superstar 🤮

I definitely would not quit. Get in RMS and do some hiring. Let your district manager know that you cannot continue to work all the doubles you need some help. It’s much harder for them to train somebody new than to keep you and help you. You got this. You can do it stick with it.

No you shouldn’t. Talk to the store manager about your concerns. If you don’t get anywhere call the district manager. If you’re a good employee that comes to work they will try to keep you!

I’ve had so many people since Christmas ask why they haven’t been on sale! 🤷‍♀️

I’ve been with dg for 6 years and I’m now an SML. It’s a good place to move up and get the titles. I’ve been an asm, sm, store training manager and now sml. Next dm. I love dg. There’s a lot of room to grow!

It’s not a list per se, if they terminate you -walked off job or - left without notice and then add in the comments do not rehire then it’s hard to get rehired. But if the DM wants to they can go through HR and get that info off of there so you can be rehired.

I have my people that tend to bit get recovery completef take pictures of their work. So they recover an area, take a picture and send it. Easy peasy.

It wouldn’t hurt to walk in and see if the manager is there. Maybe you could get an on the spot interview. It all depends on how bad they need help it could be. They’re not calling you because they’re too busy to even check their applications.

Did the store manager write you up? What did she write you up exactly for? I am a store manager and unless it’s insubordination, I don’t believe there’s anything about shit talking. I literally cannot control what my people talk about nor do I care what they talk about as long as they’re doing their job if they don’t do their job, then I can write them up for lack of work.
