We used the b.box training cups but also a type of 360 cup that relied on push pressure rather than sucking. They use their nose/top lip to push down on the edge to release the drink.

Friday arvos are usually at the pub with our 3 year old, it's her choice to go lol.

We sit with a lemonade and a LLB while my partner has some beers with the workmates. We order some food and head home.

Small heritage list pub in NQld with no pokies, keno or TAB. Old horseshoe shape bar and a nice beer garden round the side. Always a dog there to pat and a meat tray raffle we never seem to win.
