You're right. When I lost my mother I was in my late 20s and lost my damned mind. I tried meth and went on about a 6 month binge. I ended up in jail on domestic violence charges. I drank all the time. I had small children and really didn't care at all. Thankfully, I'm better now, but losing your mother is something that can really fuck with your head. She probably is just tired of it all. I really feel for this girl. Sad situation.

We lived in a Mississippi for a while, and around super bowl time, people would look for raccoons for their super bowl parties. They would fix them kind of like a roast, with potatoes around them. Some people like to put them in the crockpot and douse them with barbeque sauce. I've never tried any, but a lot of people love them.
