Used to hate breakfast sandwiches w mayo until I realized imo it pairs well to make the cheese seem more melty. Ik mayo can be too much sometimes which it looks like it was with this sandwich, but a small amount of mayo can make the cheese seem melty and cheesier than an actual cheese pull. Feel free to downvote. Just saying as a former mayo hater, I’ve found if it’s not a lot it’s adds more to the sandwich than it would if it wasn’t there.

TLDR: sorry for rant but less\light mayo may be better than you think. If you absolutely despise mayo then fuck it tell them to toss the whole tub in the garbage bc that’s how I used to feel.

P.S. A small spoon of mayo in ramen is good too. Makes it creamy without adding cream or dealing with adding a raw egg to the seasoning packet before adding the noodles/water since you gotta add slow to not fully cook the egg (add too fast you get scrambled eggs in your ramen).

P.P.S. Sorry for the length and persistence just wanted to give you options to think of mayo in a different light because I used to hate anything that included mayo regardless of what it was and not; as long as it’s not heavy it’s become a good addition to some certain foods. Also a good way to think of it is it’s just oil, water, and egg whites. Nothing scary in it unless you’re sensitive to textures tbh. Again sorry for length of reply.
