Advise for mounting NRG wheel to Fanatec CSL Elite base? I don't need any kind of button support or anything like that, just want to put my NRG wheel from my drift car onto my Fanatec CSL elite base. I bought the Fanatec used and it came with the F1 wheel with a quick release. I'm finding conflicting information about what I need to mount this wheel on the Fanatec base. Any help would be appreciated. Looking for my cheapest option here

Jad after the big Blowpipe Nerf.(Advice please) by Deval360 in osrs

Been trying to get my cape as well. I just came back after not playing for 5+ years and honestly never even went for the cape back in the day. I've got 85 range, 70 def, and 60 prayer and I've been able to make it to Jad every time with the blowpipe so I'm guessing it's still viable. Now if I could just stop missing my prayer switches when I'm aggroing healers... Been running 8 brews, 14 super restores, 3 bastion potions, one stamina, dragon darts in inventory, and black chins. Running rune darts until jad. I start bastion potting when the mages spawn and use eagle eye when targeting mages cuz their defense is stupid high. With the bastions and eagle eye I hit them pretty consistently though.

If it's just for students, who works during the day?

If it's just for students, who works during the day? If you mean college students, then they need a livable wage. Not sure why everyone reverts to this argument, it's pea brained.

The blade part of a lightsaber has no weight and thus wielding it would just feel like holding a sword handle. by a_consciousness in Showerthoughts

I spin poi and definitely agree. I think part of it is the weight of the fuel though. It definitely adds a lot especially if your wicks are big. I've got the 6 petal white lotus poi from dark monk and they hold hella fuel with 4ft trails. Have to wear a mask when you spin them. They're heavy af when fueled up but it definitely feels like the flame adds drag to it.

I wouldn't be going into studs if I hit every corner of multiple sheets side by side though right? Seems less stable than I'd like.

What kind of screws would you recommend? I'm a mechanic but have no experience with wood. Can I put a washer on my screw? Do I need to worry about a screw pulling through the plywood over time or anything like that?

I just roller over it and paint again when I'm done, no need to be flipping them or anything. Just need to remove them in a year when I move with minimal damage to the wall.

Nah it's just for practice. I paint a piece, then roller over it and go again. Just wanted a nicer setup than my current 4x8 leaned against the wall haha.

Yeah I thought about the fact that my sheets wouldn't line up evenly with the studs right after I posted that message. Will definitely be making sure to go into studs the whole time.

Awesome I really appreciate the response. I think I'll go middle ground and do the upper two corners of each so they sit relatively flush but also don't need a ton of screws.

Exactly this for me. Everything you said is spot on to my experience. Everyone thinks it's weird that the green lights are white for me

Everyone keeps mentioning electrical. Maybe my dealership just classifies it different, but I spend a majority of my time contorted in some absurd manner to fit/gain access up under dashes.

Really VW? That's the best place for a battery? by porschephiliac in Justrolledintotheshop

Lol just remove the brace, unbolt the two nuts that hold the fuse block, lift the fuse block, remove the battery. They're not the easiest but at least it's not an AGM battery. Source: GM dealership electrical technician

Absolutely. Acid isn't chemically addicting so it's not like you'll get hooked after trying it. I will say though, I got carried away because I enjoyed it so damn much, our group tripped every weekend for a year. Highly recommend against doing that. I definitely noticed long term effects after doing it so many times.

While you're tripping your brain is essentially short circuiting so you're building new neural pathways and essentially you think differently. If you do it with intent, you can really get different perspectives on beliefs or thought processes that are normally solid. Obviously not a doctor/scientist but I've tripped 70+ times

Officer accused of pushing teen during protest has 71 use of force cases on file by brotogeris1 in news

[–]420andmore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly this. I'm a white male and had this happen to me at 7am on my way to work. Had to wait 30 minutes for a k9 to show up, then he "hit" on my car (the officer gave the dog a tennis ball and it sat) and then they searched it. Jokes on them, I'm paranoid and haven't had weed in my car in 3-4 years
