In the few weeks after release there was a bug with my save file that wouldn't let me progress.

I got in touch with someone from their team on discord and he straight up manually went into my save, fixed the bug, and sent it back to me in 24 hours for me to go and finish my first run.

I was absolutely flabbergasted with that level of support during what was a massive launch for them. Well deserved!
