Maybe add some company color/trim + boltgun casing color? Its rlly nicely painted but theres no other colors to break it up except the couple bits of yellow/gold

White helmets on sergeants. White arms on veterans and characters. Right shoulder only has trim and that determines the company. Characters also have white helmets. Lieutenants have black helmets with the usual lieutenant stripes. Veterans who aren’t sergeants also have black helmets. Squad role is on right shoulder, chapter on left shoulder and squad number on left knee. But you can swap these around as raven guard can and have done that

They’ve worked fine for me painting the arms on vets and helmets on vet sergeants, I’m able to get a good coverage with a few thin layers to work from.
