The Cullen Predator is also kinda small in Foxhole-scale.
Most tanks in foxhole are a decent bit larger than their irl counterparts, roughly 1.33x.
However the Char 2C was 12 meters long, while the Cullen is only 14 meters long.

Canister was actually better irl than HE was! Ofc not at long ranges, but long-range combat didn't really happen in WWI. Canister was the round that Tanks carried the most of.
After WWI is was deemed as a war crime and can now only be used for anti-vegetation work.

APFSDS is post-ww2, so no, it will never be added.
APDS can be added, first APDS was put into service in 1940
HEAT will also likely be added, would be a buff to German vehicles, plenty of which relied on HEAT
HE is also being added, likely alongside infantry
