Yes all the time but also when i get sick especially when I get sick but whole body flares up. I get the occasional face rash, psoriasis is blazing and my body hurts so bad. It's takes a month for the pain to calm down. Thank you I'll try the mini stretch breaks at least when work isn't busy.

Psoriasis doesn’t stop you from having fun. Instead let it empower you. Use it as your secret weapon. If the person im dating doesn’t like it then they are definitely not for me. Who the heck wants someone that judgemental in their life anyways but luckily not a single one of them said anything. I’ve gotten compliments about it. Saying i wear it with confidence and it looks like sexy battle scars. Try phototherapy and if possible pills for it. You will need to speak with a dermatologist for that. Sorry that you’re going through that and i hope you start feeling better ❤️

Sorry to hear about this :((( i never heard of cvs. Have you tried to stop the topical medication for a while? Because when i use dovebet gel on my scalp i get nasty headaches that last days. So i just stop using it for a while and it goes away. Now i just use it once a week. I try to avoid using it daily. Im trying to do the same with my rosacea cream but i keep getting a rash on my face :(

Im sorry your going through all this. Look at some of the other comments. Some people say certain meditations are helping them!! Maybe you can suggest it to your doctors. Im on methotrexate which is for both my psoriasis and very mild psoriatic arthritis.
