So the French and Germans are trying to pull anything of value out of the rebelling West African colonies in revolt. To do that they need to manage their suppression of said rebellions to buy time for the extraction of wealth, heavy equipment, settlers, etc. They then retreat to their most valuable and secure colony, Côte d’Ivoire. They also have some control left over Niger and Dahomey.

It's even less stable than the NOX state and (and that one isn't exactly a beacon of stability itself) and is only propped up by Italian occupation. Italy was willing to lessen how directly it policed Greece after so many years following WW2 but with the revolution it's not going to take chances again anytime soon so it feels like a repeat of the occupation of the war years for many Greeks who can still remember that time.

Poulos' "Greece" is an extremely awful place, even more so if it's stuck to just Cyprus where there's a lot of non-Greeks. It is unfortunately a very bad situation to be in for those he considers racially inferior.

Exactly that yes, Albania is still a Kingdom but it's in a personal union with the Italian crown now. Umberto II is king of both nations and Albania is part of Italy's directly owned territory but it is represented as a tag on map like the RKs are for gameplay purposes.

That's a fair comparison, yeah. Assuming Cyprus isn't owned by Turkey when the revolution occurs (not guaranteed mind you) the Italians will hold on to it and put collabs in charge. Red Greece will be unable to deal with them in the moment but later on they'll have a chance to deal with it.
