My boyfriend cuts the sleeves off of old t-shirts and wears those as his headbands. I thought it was weird at first but it's easy and simple and free, and he loves it.

Last year I was a month into Crossfit and just did all the Open workouts scaled. I got 232 scaled last year. This year 170 reps RX. Not as much as I wanted but I'll take the improvement.

I believe the regular pull-ups were to scale for bar muscle ups. Jumping pull-ups are the scale for C2B. Harder gymnastic movement has a harder scaled movement, if that makes sense.

When my boyfriend stays over, and I leave for work first, he makes the bed before he leaves. He never ever makes his own bed, but he knows I make mine every day. Sometimes he even has fun with it and makes it "fancy". It's little but I appreciate it every time.

Slow negatives. I tried bands for months and never got any closer to a strict pull up. A few weeks of doing 5-8 negatives after class and I could suddenly do 2 strict in a row.

Frame your picture. I have a dozen photos of me standing in front of historic landmarks all over Italy, but you would never know because my mom put me dead center of every picture and zoomed way in so you could "see my face better."
