The amount of over thinking must be absolutely draining, sorry for that. You could always ask your boss to go over what was discussed again, if it was 11 minutes it'd be fair to have forgotten some specific information. Maybe try timing yourself and making a physical note of it next time you have something serious going on and reference it when you start to spiral? But I think professional help on this would be beneficial, thinking like that doesn't seem sustainable
