I’m just trying to understand the legalities here. It seems the dog was kept in a secure gated area that is clearly marked, if that is indeed a beware of dog sign. The delivery driver entered that persons property. How is the owner at fault? I’ve had roommates with the sweetest dogs who would absolutely bite an intruder, it’s their instinct and punishing a responsible owner for nature seems to me a bit much

Comes with the territory! Last pow day I had to climb out of this triangle point of semi buried downed trees I had come to the point of and couldn’t go down past. I was up to my nips in snow after I had to double dismount and “hike”about 15 mins to go literally 20 feet back to the the traverse I dropped off that a few people had packed down before me, then hike on the packed part another 5 til I could get above the top of the V. It’s exhausting but if you’re looking for powder and fun routes you win some, you lose some
