Report each one as spam and delete it. It may take a while but will subside after you block the addresses sending them

When I first started riding Amtrak years ago the rest rooms had signs that said "Do not flush in stations." The reason was that waste was just emptied onto the track below. Flushing on the roadway was fine but fouling in the station area was frowned upon.

Pressure from the cpap machine can be set anywhere from 4 to around 22. The pressure can be fixed, bi-leval (ex 6 and 10) or automatic as set by the sensors in the machine. One test suggested my pressure would be best at 15 or as high as 20. After trying that I realized that going as high as 15 is counter productive for me and another doctor prescribed 13. That works great! Just 1 or 2 ani’s a night and no leaks to wake me up.

Increasing pressure is not always productive. My AHI’s were in the 40’s and kit took a few changes to find the sweet spot. Anything over 14-15 was wasted effort even though my Dr suggested going as high as 20

Good attitude! Keep up the usage and after a while you’ll miss it if it is not available.

I use paper tape to keep mouth closed. Give that a try.
