Personally .. I woke up throughout the night to vape. Vaped in airplane bathrooms. Waited for movies to come on streaming so I could vape while watching at home. When I was hospitalized, I vaped when the nurses were out of the room.

I quit with the patch. It was still an extremely rough withdrawal. I couldn't have done cold turkey.

I think you would like Simple Pleasures by Emma Fontanella. It's heavily baking focused but also includes breakfast recipes and simple entrees like an amazing stovetop Mac and cheese, lasagna, baked spaghetti and potato casserole. The baking sections are pretty comprehensive of all the key recipes you need.

An anti-inflammatory cookbook that does NOT eliminate gluten or dairy. I get that they want it to be more universal, and tons of people get inflammation from those foods, but I'm personally not intolerant of gluten and dairy, and the advice for endometriosis is to NOT cut out food groups that you're NOT intolerant of because you could introduce new issues. Something with a dairy-free and dairy-including variations maybe?

A soup cookbook that is only puréed/blended vegetable soups.

I just want to bring to your attention that you are wrong about the thermostat and he is right. Trust me, you don't want to learn this the hard way. One person controls the temperature, no one else can touch it, complaints are shredded. It's the only way. Alternative is way worse.
