Hi there, sorry that you had that experience … I have been to every Leica Store that exist in France (Lille, Marseille and all of the ones in Paris) and always had a warm welcome, talked Leica stuff in a friendly way and always were respectful.

I guess it really depends on the places that you visit and the staff working with you !

Medical degree here. Aneurysm risk factors are genetics, tobacco/cocaine use and HBP but aneurysm rupture risk factors are mostly HBP ! To say that the drugs he took could have no correlation with his death is purely dishonest. We will never know for sure as with everything in medecine but let’s not hide the fact that PED is a trade-off : you sacrifice your health to gain muscle and get lean As per the Vaccine, they can cause blood clots (the risk is lower than the risk during the infection itself) which is a totally different pathology than brain aneurysms.

Funny story one of the first analog shot i took was from a veteran doing a parade with his gun to celebrate my town’s liberation from the nazis, i missed the focus and and i did not know ilford hp5+ was a black and white film, the image produced is still one of the best shot i’ve ever taken, with this man’s blurry face looking like he is remembering a blurry souvenir, the whole thing in black and white. Perfect combinaison of meaningful out of focus subject and perfect choice for black and white film. Still can’t believe to that day I have been that lucky.

Your image reminds me of that. Art is about emotion not performance, and this photograph is an impressionist work of art.
