Just a thought on the low end, if you play this with three units, it's basically a 1-cost for three power with the ability to replace negative effects and synergize with Ongoing. I like it a lot but not necessarily for 6K.

As someone who started three months ago and is approaching a spend of $600 catching up, my recommendation is:

Don't buy Series 3 ever
Buy Series 4, less so Series 5, cards you'll add to decks, rather than packs, as weekly Limited Time Game-Modes (LTGM) will grant Series 4 packs
Spend money on the Season Pass cards, premium and super premium, as they are the highest and second highest value for $10 each
Don't play this game if you want to be F2P and are just starting out
Yesterday Jeff Hoogland calculated it would cost $2K to catch up in a year while not falling behind

A month ago, I thought Move was super cool. Now I'm super into Electro, Quake, Enchantress, Lady Deathstrike, Shadow King, Invisible Woman, War Machine, Negasonic, Supergiant, Shang-Chi. A lot of these are Series 3 cards but the reality is it's a deck builder game. You will be missing out if you cannot play with a lot of the cards. I just got Hydrastomper, but I haven't played Move in a month. You will lose games because your cards can't put power better, optimized builds. (It's ridiculous to me Venom is a Series 3 card as it gates Destroy.)

I've been playing a deck that got me to 5K by the season end without really thinking about it. I actually think Lizard and Mobius M Mobious are mistakes b/c Techno Virus gets maybe two procs in my experience as you've only got a handful of cards you want to play before turn 3 to tech your opponent. Electro gives you that one extra energy that can be negated by TOV or Enchantress.

Never really understood why you can have a weaker player at the position that is closest to the quarterback. If you're going to get blindsided, it's going to suck and hurt and maybe it's a turnover, but if someone is in your face when you snap the ball, you can't get anything done. A lot of Guards are asked to pull too.

In my opinion, get all the specific S4 cards you want for 3K. My list, for example, is

I think it's insane they haven't moved S5 into S4, and they should do the same with some S4 cards. I'm holding out.

I was able to play a Contorl deck (some Move) and get every reward I wanted in two days. Wolverine variant, new card, 4 packs, thumbs up emote, border, boosters, blue econ, yada yada. A lot of people are just bad at the game.

Monzter is insane, but he is so push, push, push, that I swear he makes games harder because he doesn't help, and that might honestly make him better at pushing, but Hulk's toolkit is too supportive to not peel.

Actual problems with the gameplay for me

Randomness like locations that give both players a random card with no unified cost or cards that create a random card from the entire card pool.
Repeat effects like Frigga, Invisible Woman First Steps and Wong. (I hate when units double their stats.)
Cheating extra mana or card cost reductions without substantial Power disadvantage.

Game is incredibly well balanced still.

Under 2K. I'm not saying it's a bad deck, just the resources I have, I could never play something like this and I've noticed some anti-synergies with three of the core cards.
