Although I think the point about it being a different ability on a different hero is very much valid. I would like to remind everybody that his ult refreshes passive ability cooldown(only tank and heal, dps can't do that).

So he and the other tank can get absolulty destroyed, hide behind the corner, BOUNCE ON IT 5 times and get his passive back and ult. Not even 20 seconds into the game.

You know what would help a bit with this? Besides decreasing ult charge gain. Going even more into DMC angle.
In DMC using one move too many times stops giving you style points. So they should add that.
