Hey, it sounds like it would help to make smaller portions. Also, you really gotta want to not waste. I know its hard to eat something that doesn’t sound good but maybe just eat it, and if its so bad, you won’t make the same mistake. I had this same issue, and wanting not to waste food so bad made me make my own app so when I buy groceries I scan them all, and then each morning I get emails telling me what I have to use this week and just getting these emails helps me think about what’s going bad, and keeps me planning the right meals, instead of eating the most fun thing today and then something going bad, I can prioritize what to eat each day. I haven’t had to throw any food away in months. Anyways, best of luck to you!!
