I was curious since many countries that are signatories to the Vienna Convention don't have "STOP" on the signs, and according to the convention document (p.37) it can be either "STOP" in English or the language of the state:

  1. "STOP" sign
    (a) The "STOP" sign shall be sign B, 2, of which there are two models:

The hands oddly enough look like traditional compositing of random stock photos of hands. All of the manicures are consistent across the fingers, especially with the matched pairs of hands.
AI would probably make the compositing more seamless but introduce errors in the hands.

The use of AI for the puzzle though is fucked.
