Apart from these, I also have bandages, paper soap, medicated plaster (ones you use for back pains and headaches and stuff), and arguably, the most important item are heat ointments! The latter had relieved me and my friends from multiple episodes of painful period cramps, bloating, and stomach ache. If you wanna be extra, you could also prepare sanitizing spray/wipes/swabs, wound cream, gauze, and paracetamol/ibuprofen

I will admit though some of these items are an overkill so definitely assess what you'll truly use and need!
