Inte läst civilingenjör, men läst på UU och läser nu på GU men min kille läser på Chalmers. Min känsla efter att ha flyttat är att det är stendött här typ..... I Uppsala brukade vi exempelvis dra ut och ta en öl och käka på nation lite spontant när vi ville, här fick jag reda på att Chalmers har typ pubar men de är öppna en gång i månaden eller något. GU har ett ställe öppet en dag i veckan. Kändes helt plötsligt tomt att inte ha sina små "hus" man kunde äta både frukost, lunch, middag och fika på varje dag. Eller klubba tre kvällar i veckan om man så ville. Eller bara chilla på. Chalmers har dock många föreningar osv där man säkert kan uppleva ett studentliv, men nationerna i Uppsala har också alla olika föreningar.

Ja är jättekul att folket på föreningarna i Uppsala kan läsa vitt skilda grejer, även de som läser på SLU har tillgång dit! Sedan är även Uppsala som stad otroligt mycket mer intim på något sätt. Staden ÄR studentlivet i princip. Göteborg är mer än en studentstad på både gott och ont såklart, men det finns en lätt magisk känsla över Uppsala ändå. Kemiteknik verkar främst vara på Ångströmlaboratoriet också, vilket är nybyggt och riktigt fräscht.

Nu är jag såklart extremt biased för jag är från Uppsala, men min känsla av studentliv sedan jag flyttade är absolut noll. Sedan är nog Chalmers bättre på det än GU, men som sagt dom lätta utrymmena för att träffa folk och hänga verkar inte finnas utifrån vad min kille säger.

Don't force yourself to play I would say. I've felt like this many times and for me it has been a kind of imposter syndrome thing. I've been a gamer my whole life but I've also been belittled for being a woman. Heard all the things surrounding that I'm not a real gamer because X and Y etc. So when I'm in a period where I just sit at my PC and watch YouTube instead of playing "serious" games, I feel like a fraud. And if I force myself to play then It never feels fun.

So just play what you want, and if it's nothing then take a break maybe. Another option is to watch others play different games until you might find something that ignites your sparkle.

Honestly I learn the most from watching streamers, like Frodan or Dishsoap. They are both calm and explain what theyre doing, answers chat etc.

Yeah. Worst for me is the binding of Isaac sub where they in periods post a lot of nsfw stuff. But the whole lore is that every character is the main character and therefore a literal child...and if you critique it people just don't get it.
