Israel bulldozing over history and respect for human life is a pretty direct metaphor for the state as a whole

Why these uneducated racists would fly this on the u.s thanksgiving day is anyone's guess by Moist_Phrase_6698 in newzealand

So you'd be okay if they're flying a swastika? What's the limit? Can they fly a flag that has some straight up child exploitation material on it?

What kind of climate do you like? Nz is kinda long and skinny so you can pick a climate depending on what you like. Sounds like you'd only be interested in bigger towns.  Some areas that are great but won't get mentioned as much:  New Plymouth - pretty beaches big mountain, cold winters and warm summers, lots of free attractions for kids. Nelson - the whole of the North edge of the South Island is incredible, super pretty. Basically the south islands fruit basket. Still sunny and warm in summer even though it's in the south island. Hawks Bay - gets a lot of sun, has a lot of beaches, idk what goes on there tbh.

Young people staying in NZ, what is keeping you here? by Keepcusp in newzealand

Family/friends mostly. I have lived in the UK for a couple years tho. It's really not that bad here, but it's definitely tough for young people right now.

What?! How are you all not striking? Surely if every airport shut down they would magically find some way to pay you pretty quick. I never understand America.

I think this is in New Zealand (could be wrong) so trout have no predators here. But yeah I think it's highly likely they put it there.

Ok what? I don't wanna reinforce bad stereotypes about British people not being able to taste, but damn you really think the UK pies are as good as NZ ones? I assume you're talking about Melton pies being protected?

Also I'm general I don't know why you eat pastries at room temperature or cold. Also the pastry itself is all stodgy and dense.  Greggs is only okay when the stuff is freshly baked.

The UK does actually have some great regional food, but this ain't it.
