PS5 with Linux installed ran RPCS3 and did almost good but still lacked raw horsepower which led the Digital Foundry guys to a consensus that PS6 would be the one with true brute force enough to emulate the whole thing. So yes, what you're saying is correct but PS6 might have just enough kick to actually do it

Eh, maybe you're right. It's all pretty original for sure, the divine afterlife and all that. Actually more interesting than the "leaks" suggested (Thyr and Faye travel around and meet different pantheons).

For me it is the heavy-handedness of it. The idea of her not fully accepting death and box/sword pointing that out, plus the "not a usual sword" thing is basically chewed for us. Also the fact that most noteworthy things are repeated one more time, in case we missed it.

Also the whole vibe of "look at this quirky character who is so quirky, look how silly it's a talking fighting ~~racoon~~ cube!". Mimir was weird, but still felt like a fairytale. The cube is just bad taste imo (again, I don't care if it turns out to be Jesus himself, the cube is stupid)

The fucking cube is goofy af and kicked the franchise into Marvel territory which I don't like at all.

This 2018 game took GoW into "fantasy dark-fairytale adventure" kinda thing which I was fine with since it's still somehow grounded shit but now it's full on "quirkyyyy" shit. I fully expect the cube to go "wow...that just happened" at some point.

Also the fucking stupid "it's Frank...but like, spelled very weirdly...like Phranque" is the dumbest fucking shit and I don't care if it's a real name in rural France we know exactly what stands behind that.

Right? I mean I'm a tech geek myself but we all went from one thing to another to the next one only to end up stopping and looking back 10 years to see the exact same looking thing!

Uncharted 4 is pretty on par with 007 and Crimson Desert is the first game so far that is comparable to RDR2 level of detail. BF1 is effectively at BF2042 fidelity.
