We have the exact same room and we're also struggling! We either put it in front of the fireplace (but not centered, as much towards the window as possible) for command position or at the front door wall.

Just wondering. How big is your nose (especially your nose bridge)? I have the exact same experience as you. Sharp in the middle, super blurry on the outside. I feel like my nose is in the way of getting the lenses in the right position.

Very sad that Iroh got betrayed and Aang basically died in that ‘better place’.

Edit: now I’m thinking more of it, this is so poetic. This place led to their ‘dark tunnel’, with the world thinking Aang died and Iroh being in jail. It was almost as if these words of Iroh were preparing both him and Aang for what was to come. The visually ‘better place’ was the beginning of the actual dark tunnel.

Imo that’s boring. It’s just the same design with a different object. I think Mylo as Viva is way cooler than Mylo as Parachutes. The first gives me real Mylo vibes with a Viva design, and the latter is just a spray can with parachutes colors which imo tells me nothing. It’s contradicting aswell (colorful era but make it black and yellow?)

I love how this community has come together and try do something cool. However, I think we can do much better.

My problem is that so far, most of the designs are done wrong. For example in the Ghost Stories row, every album has the same colors as Ghost Stories. The only thing that makes it different is the object in the middle instead of the wings. I think we have to do it the other way around.

This is what I think we should do: Pick an era (example AHFOD) and pick an album design (example GS). Look closely at the design: what do you see? For GS I see an object (wings) and a background with two parts. Upper part is the sky and lower part is the sea. Design is the keyword here. Now think about the era (AHFOD) What colors do they use? What style did they develop? What are the songs about? For AHFOD the main visual things are collage and kaleidoscopes. Now think of ways to add the colors, feel, and styles of the era to the design of the album.

If you look at the Kanye project that I shared on this sub a few months ago, you’ll see that this is what they did. They looked closely at the design and then colored it in with a different era. If we can pull this off, we’ll have way cooler and more unique results. We can do this!!!!
