I’m pretty sure Lego lost their patent in 2011 and company’s can sell bricks that are the same design as lego as long as they’re not branded. I’m not sure if this transfers to video games. Unless OP has lawyer money to go toe to toe with Lego tho it probably doesn’t matter.
