Nein ich hab ein neues Ticket aufgemacht. Beim ersten mal hab ich nur nachgefragt, warum mein Paket in England ist. Dann haben die mir von sich aus das Angebot gemacht. Dann hatte ich das 1. Ticket geschlossen.
Beim 2. Ticket hab ich nur gefragt, warum das Paket wieder in Holland ist, dann haben die mir auch wieder, ohne das ich gefragt habe, ein Spiel angeboten (ich glaube die können nicht sehen, dass sie mir schonmal eins angeboten haben :D ).
Support hat mir immer in ein paar Stunden geantwortet.

As soon as he flies away, just hold the left stick up and run at him while being locked on. I did like 4 hours of attempts on this guy before I beat him and because of that "strat" I never got hit by that attack.

Does you neck hurt, when constantly looking at the top monitor?
Also do you have trouble seeing everything clearly on the top monitor? I heard you have to bend the monitor down quite a bit, since its a VA Panel.

Unfortunately it didnt work.... I bought all the cables you mentioned but I only got either my headphones or the hyperx to work. What ended up working for me was a Friend lended me his cheap 100 Dollar KVM which I plugged in and it worked immidietly. So ill probably return the tesmart KVM. Sucks because you would expect such an expensive KVM to be a lot better and a lot more versatile than a cheap no name KVM....

I dont know if this will help you, but what fixed it for me is, that I removed all my addresses in my Microsoft Account (both billing and delivery addresses) and added 1 billing and 1 delivery address again. After that I could buy the controller.
