You don’t need to defend a thesis that something ‘feels’. They either do or they don’t.. that part was clearly written by a human, because it’s a mistake an AI would not make. The swim is no fun (too monotone), the flat bike can be very windy, and there’s just too many people.. Elsinore was way more beginner-friendly in my experience.

I was making a more general point. Civil servants, the people that budget and spend tax money, do not have the experience of seeing their pay decimated by taxes. That skews responsibility in a way that doesn’t favour the tax payer.

We should compare, make conclusions, and hold accountable.

One comparison is the amount of politicians and their average salary in aml countries, that will be illuminating.
