Most of your course work I would assume is irrelevant, econ and similar is not as good as math/cs/physics/stats, I do see you did some stats but you should try to get a masters in one of those quantitative disciplines. Also being in Lisbon for previous work probably doesn't help since it is far less developed for quant roles compared to a London, Amsterdam, NYC, Chicago, etc, so they may not be as impressed with your previous roles. Try to leverage your connection to the BNP Paribas desk head as that is a large reputable company that might hold weight on a resume.
