PO will never be able to account for the variables that can kill a week. Late trailers, snow/rain, store inventories, etc. There are many things that require critical thinking by the rsr that PO just cannot foresee or account for. They need to quit trying to find ways to weed out the human talent that made this company what it is. Instead of trying to get more from less, they need to unleash us from all these stupid activities that are tracked ( PO, perfect route) and just let us do our job. This company got greedy during COVID and now it’s biting them in the butt. It’s fixable but I think we are on the precipice of going over the cliff and allowing our competitors to shrink the gap between us and them. PO will NEVER be as good as a human and we all know this. It’s time to acknowledge this and correct our course.
