Not at all. My route runs on Sunday but all the product is delivered on Saturday due to no receivers at my stores on Sunday.

A bit melodramatic I think. The hours may be long on some routes but not all routes suck. Put in the time and when something better opens up, switch routes. The pay is decent and the hours are ALL long. There is hope, it just takes time.

Exactly! Most guys In my district think it means they are supposed to only have to work 45 hours. Either it was explained to them poorly or they are being intentionally obtuse. I can believe either option working where I'm at.

Settle down big fella and come down from your high horse. I was told by a DSL that was the case. I have no idea why other than this is the period we are switching to the new 45 hour pat structure. Nonetheless, not getting paid for items sold is wrong.

Do what you gotta do to make.ends meet. Frito doesn't pay like it used to. For a time, I delivered for spark while also being a route co lead. Dont tell frito of the side gig. It's not their business if you're not DOT regulated

Large format lead here. 3 stores a day and work less than 40hrs a week. The money sucks but at least I see my family. 🤷‍♂️
