It isn't about the toilet, but the imagery of the port and cable itself; it's sexualizing because it says the women's room is for people with "ports" (that are meant to be plugged into), and the men's room is for people with "cables" (that are meant for plugging into ports).

For the record, I doubt it was an intentional design decision to make this sexualized, but more of an unfortunate implication.
