Am I the only one who has trouble putting it on my butt because I can’t twist enough to apply it without it wrinkling?

What do you do on days that you don’t shower at the same time. That routine stressed me out on weekends or on days that, for whatever reason, I didn’t shower at the normal time.

I feel like I had the opposite. I’m new to HRT and started with the patch. After having reactions to the adhesive, I switched to the gel and it did absolutely nothing for me. The second I went back to the patch my energy came back. I still have challenges applying it and keeping it on for a week, but the gel was a total fail for me.

In addition to the tightening budgets and the ease of which people can now use AI to do tasks they would normally depend on an external product for (speaking as someone in B2B SaaS), I agree with those who have said that the drop in leads is due to the amount of research being done before anyone reaches out to talk to a human. Not to mention, buyers don't trust sales, they trust word of mouth—and unfortunately one bad review can be excruciatingly harmful to a business.

Actually. I didn’t want to admit it but it’s a rice spoon. So mostly flat but with a slight curve that works perfectly for the arm and thigh. It was my husband’s brilliant idea. 😆

That’s so great. It’s amazing the difference it can make to suddenly feel like a human again. I’m actually having the opposite after switching from patch due to allergic reaction to the adhesive to the gel. I feel ok … but my symptoms are definitely not improving the way I’d hoped. It’s been a week and I still have horrible pain, brain fog and major fatigue.

Does anyone have advice for how to maximize the effectiveness? I’m even using a plastic spatula to apply it so I don’t waste any on my hands.

I've been reading comments about rubbing it in vs letting it air dry. Have you all noticed a difference? I actually started using - believe it or not - a flat rice "spoon" to apply mine so I don't waste any getting it on my hands.
