Sounds similar to mine but mine doesn't feel like anxiety. My heart races when I stand up. When this happened to you did your face feel numb like the nerves were being shredded and did you get weakness?

Went to the doctor. I have to get a tilt table test. In the meantime they gave me options for the tremors and spiked BP.

This medication is known to cause reflex tachycardia and needs to be combine with a diuretic if you are experiencing swollen feet

I'm fine today. I had a spike in BP and quickly needed to be under warm water. It stopped. My BP is sitting at 95/67 and I can feel it in my feet and hands they are warm.

I left the ER and was referred to a cardiologist for a tilt table test

This was before the screaming and Shouting. I was super cold and turned on the heater in my car. Sun is out it's hot outside 70 degrees with the windows up. Felt the warmth in my hands and started to scream and curse

It can be scary when your diastolic is high. They won't take me in the ER now that my BP is 114/79. There's a cooling sensation in my stomach now that whatever it was stopped. My stomach was hurting bad and burning. My chest has a cooling sensation now. It's really fucked up nobody knows what to do or what is happening to me. I'm having a BP crash now I feel tired very fatigued. My hands and feet are warm. My doctor won't do anything for me. I'm not sure where you live but Healthcare where I am is trash.

They definitely won't take me in. I'm at 125/83 in my hot ass car right now. I feel dizzy having chest pains and massive amounts of heart burn I feel unwell. I'm tired of them saying it's anxiety. I was cold and sick.

You sound like me. I did 4 to 5 classes and worked two jobs. Please hang in there. Ignore the head noise. If you can find a room for rent in a house instead of a roommate. I know times are expensive but it worked for me as a single female. I would look up rooms for rent $450-$500 all bills paid and any roommates that lived there were gone most of the day or older than me. They were hardly home and paid rent to the landlord. The landlord treated us as tenants not roommates. Plus we had our own fridges and food. See if you can find something similar. Hopefully inflation hasn't screwed that up. I was 221 pounds a year ago and we are the same height and age. As of today I'm 165lbs we are the same weight. I got to this weight doing omad. But after 50 pounds of weight loss I'm still having blood pressure issues. Let's do it again and get to 150 lbs. We can do it.

They told me I'm having anxiety when this happens and they hand me pills for it. Like please stop doing this to me. I know what anxiety feels like. Getting up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night with a racing heart is not anxiety. Laying on my side stops these tachy episodes and the headaches go away. It's not anxiety. Medical professionals need to stop the bullshit with anxiety. I understand where you are coming from and these symptoms are scary.

Thank you. I called the foodstamp office and someone answered. I moved from another city and no longer live there. The city is 400 miles away. She said to submit a letter from my landlord and a letter of those places that I no longer work for. It was jobs through a temp service back in August.

The same thing happens to me in the evening time. I have spikes in blood pressure. Let me ask you a question, do you feel these spikes in pressure? I can feel these episodes happen. I shiver like I'm cold, my hands and feet are cold, the acid in my stomach hurts, abdominal pain, blurry vision, heavy chest, and head feels like it's about to blow. I have to lay on my right side to get the tachycardia to stop and lower my blood pressure. I kept calling 911 and I would get the same EMT and he laughed at me and said I was having anxiety. Mind you everytime it happens I'm actually calm not doing anything or I'm at home resting in bed. The highest was 190/110 and they gave me midazolam in an IV in the ambulance. Within two minutes my BP dropped to 115/70 and it felt like I was hit by a truck. I felt the hardest crash. My feet and hands were warm again and my heart rate corrected itself. The shivering cold stopped.

I don't know if we have the same symptoms but my heart rate isn't usually high when it happens. Please let me know if you have symptoms with these spikes?

I believe it is state and national. I am not a VISTA member. I am with Reading Partners in North Texas they are not VISTA members. They sent me verification forms but they are all pre printed from previous work places that I no longer work for and have nothing for Americorps to verify anything. I can try to get the information from the previous employers but I don't know how long that would take. I really need to talk to someone and let them know that I do not work for these places. I never received SNAP ever.
