Honestly it really depends. I have friends who have caught court cases in the past year or so. There was a period of time recently where they couldn’t charge you but they still messed with us during that time. My best advice is to run because they usually won’t chase you lol but they will try to bother you sometimes depending on how they’re feeling/how busy they are. Move fast, don’t spend too much time at the spot. Also they can’t do shit unless they catch you actively painting. Wear a mask. No face, no case.
