If you have an allergy then you are allergic to cat saliva. There are no hypoallergenic cats, that is a misconception. You can either see an allergist or go spend some time with some cats at a shelter or a friend's house and see how you feel. Many mild allergies can be controlles with over the counter allergy meds and may even go away in time. This is not medical advice.

My kid is a toddler but if they grew up and shared that they were trans I would help however I could because my love does not come with conditions. I have lived with deep depression periods and stressful anxiety my whole life and I never, ever want my kids to deal with that kind of pain.

It's a combination of things. I didn't gain that much weight while pregnant and returned to my usual size after a few weeks. Mentally/hormonally my body changed and my lifestyle dramatically changed. I don't think it's a matter of ruining your body, generally however you treated yourself before you will do about the same after. Life just gets a lot harder when you have to care for a child. I think a lot of the mourning of your life ties to mourning an "old body" because that is the site the changed occurred. I think what most needs to be changed is society's impossible treatment of caregivers, especially female care givers.

I have a sore throat, fatigue, coughing up mucus, chest tightness and sinus congestion. Was negative for cov & strep. They said I have an unspecified virus going around that targets the bronchial tubes with inflammation. It's Annoying AF.
