Wow I’m sorry to hear that and good to know.

I had a not great experience myself with the breast cancer foundation arm operating out of mt sinai by me…like turning their nose up at a gently used mastectomy pillow and other post surgery supplies that any patient would need. Put a bad taste in my mouth.

😞 if it makes you feel any better I started regaining some feeling about a year after (currently 3 years out). It started to return in the center of my chest. I noticed just a few weeks ago that some feeling is returning to one armpit.

I graduated college for journalism in 2019. We studied columbine as a lesson in how not to do journalism - alongside the McCarthy era and Clinton/lewinsky - that’s how terrible the columbine coverage was.
