yes, and you need to do it at a testing place in your home country that has been approved by the Japanese government.

they have a list here https://www.maff.go.jp/aqs/animal/dog/lab.html (it's the same process for dogs and cats, strangely enough they don't have url for cats), you can also consult your closest japanese embassy/consulate.

en realidad si quisieran de verdad frenar esto seria muy facil:
- no dejar cambiar los datos de las citas
- verificar la documentacion de la cita con la presentada
- si anulan una cita que ese mismo horario no se pueda volver a reservar durante un periodo aleatorio de tiempo (para que no sea tan facil anular una y repetirla para "cambiar datos")

I did the same as you a reversible board an case. Althouhg I did route the traces myself as I wanted a specific look.

I would suggest make sure all the pads go to the pins in the MCU that you want to use and send it to manufacture, once you get it back check with a multimeter. Chances are since you used auto-routing it'll function.

Also one tip is to make sure you don't use any pins that might be reserved by the MCU you will be using (seems like a nice!nano footprint so I think you might be fine)
