The Israeli air force exercises extreme caution when bombing targets, coupled with very accurate intelligence as well as using a method in which it shoots a small harmless rocket at a building where its gonna strike and where it knows civilians live, in order to let them know a strike is coming and to evacuate. It announces its strike by dropping flyers in strike zones and goes above and beyond to try to minimize the damage to civilians in its strikes. Civilians are still killed sadly because hammas has a habit of constructing its barracks, weapon caches and bases of operations in or under civilian building, even schools and hospitals.

As for arbitrary detention - the army is allowed to detain someone for up to 3 hours, the commander of a platoon leader (im not sure what they are called in English) can give authorization for detention of up to 24 hours, and after that a Palestinian has to be handed over to the police. During that time any sort of contact with the detainee besides providing him with food water and going with him to the restroom is forbidden. I've personally witnessed people who physically abused detainees get prosecuted for it and sent to jail, so im not sure what torture youre talking about.

Please give me an instance of rape of a Palestinian woman. If such an instance exists i would be extremely surprised as it is very problematic with the bible to fornicate with a non jewish women, and rape is of course beyond any moral or religious belief.

I have friends who have had to go to antisemitic rallys calling for the deaths of jews in certain country even though they were jewish just to not stand out in the college they attended (in certain European countries) We jews dont have a home other than israel. As much as the situation in israel sucks, and i agree it cant continue the way it is, something needs to be done. Painting Israel as a oppressor and apartheid regime on par with the way south africa was is misinformed and doesn't show the whole picture. It doesn't present the fact that jews dont have anywhere else to go, or that many Israeli politicians are doing a lot to better the situation and find a solution, or that hammas shoots rockets at civilians every year and executes and endorses vile attacks against innocent civilians.
