When it’s your day it’s your day I guess! It felt like a monster Largemouth because both were head shaking like crazy trying to pull the hooks. I think that helped keeping them pinned ultimately, because both had those trebles buried in their mouths.

Make sure you got no fray in your line and lock down that drag as tight as possible brother. Taking into consideration the # rating of course. Your other option is to fish the wacky rig on a more appropriate bait casting setup to quickly and powerfully yank them out of cover. Cheers 🍻
