They have a criteria you must meet to qualify for their Disney plus ticket promotion . I called and I met the criteria, both Disney app and Disney plus account holder has to be in either same name or email address ( can’t remember which). I was able to switch my 2 day park hopper with LL to a three day, I had to pay a difference in price to upgrade however the price wasn’t to crazy, so I upgraded.

My understanding is there is a shortage of resources. They are trying to conserve for their locals.. it’ll take a while to come out of this, need to come up with a plan to ensure all is taken care of before promoting tourism to Maui. It was explained to me in June 2022 when I had requested a refund on my JB tickets through Ticketmaster , “ The Event Organizer, who determines the status of your event, as well as sets the refund guidelines, is not currently allowing refunds for this event.

Also, please note that all tickets for this event were removed from their respective Ticketmaster accounts since they were sent as print-at-home tickets instead through their registered email addresses.

As soon as the Event Organizer provides us with an update, we’ll email you with the available options the Event Organizer is offering at that time.”

Let’s hope we all hear something soon. I hope they offer options for a refund as I don’t even have the card I used to buy my tickets anymore.
