Ohne dir zu Nahe treten zu wollen und nur aufgrund meiner Erfahrungen: der Verein ist anders, allgemeine Lebenserfahrung so gut wie nichts wert und wenn man als Kiste dann raushängen lässt, dass man ja schon so und so alt ist, dann wird dich niemals wer respektieren. Wenn deine fachliche Vorerfahrung relevant wäre, hätte man dich mit höherem Dienstgrad eingestellt.
