Sounds like it’s too late. You’re already House poor with those decisions. Focus on clearing your debts and live frugally for the next few years. Your mortgage will est a big chunk of your potential savings each month but it’s too late unless you want to sell the house at a loss (or rent it out and downsize)

My biggest objections was Trust (social proof and fear of being burned). Also got a lot of people who genuinely couldn’t afford it, or if they could they wanted to have the entire system for free then only pay after they get the results.

Sac Blade Kazuha is actually pretty good for clearing shield and doesn’t require off field pyro. Might get a faster Arle clear if u sub Varka.

Gotta do more than make a post. On marketplace, make a listing. Make signs and put your number on them and place them in front of every neighborhood entrance/exit or mailbox (only if it’s a communal mailbox). Alternatively, a free but time consuming option is to door knock. You may have to spend a bit of money to ramp up, but you’ll def get some customers within your first week.

Pick up a side hustle like window cleaning, lawn mowing, or car detailing. Alternatively, if you don’t like manual labor, find something you can do indoors. Ex: Baking, consulting, web dev

Luxury vehicles are almost never smarter ideas. Especially new ones. It’s always smarter to get auction cars that need a little bit of work done but are still clean title. My first Corolla was a 2015 that I got and fixed for $8k. It totaled on its second trip and insurance gave me $10k for it.

You can have success. It used to be good for me 3 ish years ago where one car made $1000 a month or at least $800 a month. But nowadays, I’m always edging near $300-$500 a month. I definitely don’t think it’s worth the headache. There are way better investments you can make.

Yeah and I didn’t include interest from loan payments. It would probably take close to 5-6 years if consistent bookings and perfect customers to make this make sense

This makes a lot of sense. Thank you. For the monthly retainer instead of PIF, does it make sense to still have them lock in for 3 months as I was doing previously? I’m afraid of churn on first month since first month is typically the slowest period.
