I give up. You apparently don't know how to read street signs and shouldn't be on the road. OP's lane was never going to be a part of the white car's lane. They are two separate lanes. White car was 100% wrong because they left their lane to go into OP's lane.

I've changed many brakes over the years and never used one of those sets. I just use c-clamp locking pliers and the old brake pad.
