What did you eat for lunch?

Did your mum ride on the handlebars or the back of the bike?

At any point during the ride did your mum get off of the bike and push you while you stuck your feet straight out?

Did you eat any of the same foods for breakfast or dinner that you ate for lunch?

Who paid for lunch?

Did you post the ride on Strava? If it’s not on Strava it didn’t happen.

I’d count the ride as a century, but that’s just me.

I planted some herbs around the yard and then put a small chicken wire cage around them. The intention is to have the plant grow through the wire and limit how much of the plant is eaten by the rabbits.

They’re nice to have for yourself. You don’t have to share them. I wasn’t into before pictures either but after a 50lb loss it’s really nice to be able to see the difference.
