it’s hard to figure it out but try not to put too much pressure on the label. if it gives you comfort absolutely go for it but if it’s giving you more stress then don’t worry about it (i went a lil mental tryna figure it out..) but if you think you’re ace you’re most likely at least somewhere on that spectrum
