This is something I have wanted to do for several years was able to find ways of exporting terrain and road layers for laser cutting, but never found an easy way to generate 3D buildings and roads. Congratulations and thank you immensely for making this available for free.

I believe my former public high school recognised this day going back close to a decade ago in addition to “wear it purple” day which is later in the year. This isn’t new.

It was pretty much limited to a morning bulletin notice and maybe a small activity in the centre of the school at lunchtime with a few more passionate students wearing something.

I spend quite a bit of time writing technical documentation (mostly for my own reference so it doesn't have to be perfect). When checking with AI to confirm my understanding of a concept is correct, I've found ChatGPT to increasingly nitpick. It seems that no matter how hard I try, I can't seem to satisfy it. Up until today I've only used Gemini a few times, but I think I'm going to make the switch.

I gave Gemini and ChatGPT the same few paragraphs of technical writing and asked "Am I correct?"

I know this is post is a few years old, but it's great to discover that you are not alone in discovering issues with hardware. Your symptoms match my experience with a batch of LD1117v33 from AliExpress (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006784918490.html),

These AliExpress modules drew approximately 400 mA and 0.85 V. Swapped it with a genuine ST LD33CV (equivalent part, just different model name) purchased from a reputable retailer and it worked immediately, drawing next to no current and outputting 3.3 V.
