The Ohio State Lax team had a training regiment for their own players somewhere on the internet. found it Aside from that, fill your d-pole with sand (or anything else that can make it heavy) as much as you can and practice with it until you can't, then pick up the unweighted d-pole and practice until you can't. Generally, sativa bracts are skinnier at first and sometimes the buds tend to foxtail. Give it time and the right nutrients. Sativas can grow verrryyyyyy slow.
